I don't think that you are right about it. Home office form is build for her to fill it. I am just an sponsor.

Same as living together as a man and wife. Maybe it was like that 40 years ago, but today we have totally different reality. Lots of marriages live in different countries because of work or other reasons. Are you try to tell me that because they are not live in the same house they are not marriage any more? Try to tell that to the judge. :)

Yep, Keith pointed that out earlier. My mistake.

Whilst that is true, you are NOT in the position of being married but, because of work, live in a separate country to your wife. Nor are you attempting to show that you're not married. Your girlfriend has to prove to the Home Office ECO that she is in a real and durable relationship with you; but she isn't and therefore her Family Permit application will not succeed.

What is the best way of attache conversations on viber and other type of communicator as a proof to home office ?
Just print them? It will be massive number of pages. Is there any other way?

i just took sample screen shots of our facebook chat--like one page per month--over the 2 years we were apart. i dont suppose the case worker even glances at them--so it could be any old crap i imagine.

One conversation per month is enough? I have proofs that we talk with each other every day when we are apart.

no--one page of screen shots for each month--many messages on each page. but she was applying for a settlement visa.

2 years before--she got a visit visa--without mentioning me at all. visiting her sister--staying with her--viditing other family and friends.-money in her bank--home and business to go back to. she did not need a sponsor.

How about if I have a witness who can testify about my relationship? Is anyone will interview her? Or Home Office is not interested about third party persons? :)

It's my ex girlfriend, we was in relationship for 12 years living together, but we split up as a friends and she is happy to see my happiness.

i doubt it very much. its your girlfriends application. home office isnt even interested in you--yet alone your ex. just get your g/f to apply for a standard visit visa. £89. then you will know.

I thought you had to prove that you'd LIVED TOGETHER in a 'common-law' type relationship for a minimum of two years outside of the UK, to be considered as unmarried partners for settlement visa purposes... obviously with suitable proofs (utility bills, visas, etc).

Is that mean you don't know what are you saying about? I asked you, what YOU mean. :)

Your question has already been answered, by me and by Graham, so you're not doing yourself any favours by being rude. In at least one of my answers to you I used the word "co-habiting" which means living together in the same house.

Different person understand "co-habiting" in different ways. I doubt there is official formal definition of that word.

And as a living together in one house I don't think that anyone from this board done that before applying for the fiance visa for his girlfriend.

And as for @graham59 and his beautiful picture from the Facebook which he's posted here, this is only a proof that this place is full of self-righteous people who don't have any proofs for what they are saying. They are just thinking "I suppose it should work like that, so it must be like that as I am always right."

If someone is asking you for anything, that doesn't means he will agree with everything you will say.
For your information this place is a discussion board, but it looks like you don't have any clue what discussions is and what is the meaning of this word. :)

youre wrong there Tiger. my girlfriend lived with me in my house--here in the UK---from march 2012 till aug 2012. she held a student visa.

then--on her visit visa--lived with me aug 2013 to jan 2014. we got engaged xmas day 2013.

i wrote all this info in a letter to ukvi as part of her settlement / marriage visa application december 2015. she was successful.

It was mentioned about 2 years, not from March 2012 till April 2012 :)

In fact, I am in the similar situation as we was living together every time I was visiting her in Philippines.
