As this is discussion board I think it's a quite clear that people came here for a discussion.
To receive a proper advice you always have to pay some money.

I just like to always gather as many opinions from as many people as I can and draw conclusions myself.
I'm totally opposite of believe in everything what other people are saying.

no--lots of us give proper advice--based on personal experience. and its free.

as i see your situation--you have 3 options open to you

1...get your g/f to apply for a standard visit visa--its cheap--easy to apply for--but in her case--most likely to be unsuccessful FIRST TIME ---but worth a try.
2---try it your way--to get her in as your unmarried partner using your EU rights. good luck with that.
3--marry her--either in the filis--or in your home country--then bring her in as your wife using your EU rights. which is probably your best bet--but dont linger--that loop hole has a limited lifespan.

Proper advice isn't always associated with a cost.
Many on here have been through visa application to various degrees and various stages.
We collectively talk from having gone through the process we will offer and do offer discussion points.

There comes a time when the discussion has run it's course and participants will take the discussion points away with them and make their own choices.
    You have 4
    UK VISIT VISA
    EU FAMILY PERMIT
MARRY THE GIRL AND APPLY FOR A SPOUSE VISA
    GO CELEBATE
All the above have various guidelines and there are set criterias that must be fulfilled on your and your good ladies part to convince the Ukba that all is legitimate.
Rightly so God Save the Queen

You missed-out one - MARRIAGE VISIT VISA :D

But you're quite right in remarking that this particular discussion has run its course.

Can't argue with that. Seems to describe you to a tee. (When I actually express some views on this thread, you may of course take issue with them). :)

actually--a great compromise. no need of the applicant to show overwhelming reason to return home. get a marriage visit visa--come over and marry tiger--and live happily ever after---somewhere else !

It's not often I agree with @graham59 but this is one of those rare times. @Tygrrysek has received numerous answers to his questions but insists on repeating the questions over and over.

I have only ever seen this behaviour before exhibited by people who were either a) trolls b) planks.

I have to question why @bigmac and others are hopelessly plodding on in this thread. You deserve a medal.

No, most people post here for advice. Note that I said "most people" because obviously you are an exception who prefers to argue against those who take the time and trouble to answer your posts, because you don't like what we tell you. So you repeat your questions presumably hoping to get different answers next time - answers that match your pre-conceived ideas of how things should be.
In that case offer to make a donation to the Forum to help pay for its software and hosting costs; the value of the advice you've been given has to be a couple of thousand or so. And that's Pounds, not Pesos or Zloty.

I totally agree that lots of people here want to give proper advice, but seeing persons like Markham who's giving lots of advices which are just wrong and not true, or man who was saying lots of bullshit about the WWII and call me to say something to defend myself and hoping that I start to argue with him, or seeing situation now when everyone advice is to take marriage of convenience which is worst advice I could ever receive is telling me that situation here is far far away from "proper advice" and people here are just writing "advices" to someone who will believe in everything and say thank you. And "advisers" are just happy they can boost their ego in that way. :)

The reason I brought up world war 2 was because you made an idiotic claim about World War 2. And I put you right with the facts. I need to argue with you about world war 2 as much as a fish needs a bicycle.
I actually tried to help you with a lot of accurate advice. It's a bit upsetting that it's not appreciated. Such is life.

Personally I believe that you're a wind up merchant.

Just because I am polite person I will not tell you what can you do with your advice of marriage of convenience. Same as with rest of your advices which was not true.
I just tell you that if you do quick research on Google you can easily find that home office almost always refuse applications for visa which is made shortly after marriage and in worst case when they decided that it is marriage of convenience they will ban person entry from uk.

Quick research on Google will give you as well lots of examples of people who never live together in one house and they was accepted for EEA family permit.
I even found example of one couple who just seen each other only once for a short visit.

So this is exactly how your advices look like.

Ps. Btw. Far more better advice from whole people on this board would be advice to make the girl pregnant and have a baby, as far as I know as soon as a baby arrives the home office stop all their doubts that relationship is genuine and durable.
But I just see you not wish me luck, but totally opposite if you give me advices which leads to ban from UK.

Nobody here has advised you or anyone else to enter into a marriage of convenience. Contrary to your self-belief, you are rude by inventing stuff that you claim we have told you. :troll:

Since you obviously don't believe the advice that we have been giving you, advice that is borne out of personal experience, but that you find Google to be a more reliable source of information, then the answer is simple. Stop posting here and conduct your own research. We will all be much happier.

No, that would complicate matters for you. But if you believe that to be the case, then go ahead and try.

A troll who seeks to cause upset by accusing people of saying things they didn't say and dismissing good accurate advice as being untrue.

There are times I miss the dumb rating ...
