Nobody? You was the first one. I assume rest just followed you.

If you are saying that taking a marriage just to receive visa is not marriage of convenience then I am really curious what you think is.
You told me that I can apply for the fiance visa in my country even if I told you that fiance visa doesn't exist in there. Secondly you said that I am the one who have to apply for EEA family permit as I am the citizen of EU. Thirdly some silly comments about farm land showing that you heard from somewhere about davao and you don't have a clue about rest of the situation on Philippines. For your advice the cheapest land is in Palawan. You can buy 5 - 8 hectares of farm land for 500k pesos. Adding to that all your advices which you give me before my first visit in Philippines 3 years ago saying that I will be robbed there and many others.
This is just something that I remember on top of my head. Do you really want me to search the forum for more? I am sure I can easily find plenty
I think this is the only advice I can agree with. Since like I said before I still don't know why I am coming here I think it's time to say goodbye to you and don't waste any more of my time with grumpy old man.
Unfortunately I can't say it was nice to meet you, but bye.
The things that I seen in this topic makes me feel that right now I will not believe in anything anyone ever said on this forum. So bye to all of you.

So you think that if a westerner and a Filipina marry in the Philippines and then apply for a Visa that there marriage is one of convenience? You have just insulted a good percentage of this Forum's membership including some who have tried to help you with advice. What a charming fellow you are. Not. :blackeye:

But it does. It isn't called a "Fiancée Visa" but all Schengen Zone nations have an equivalent as does the UK. There are no Visas specific to Poland just as there are no Visas specific to any Schengen country.

I should more correctly have said that you will apply jointly as you will her sponsor and will have to provide certain documentation.

I only lived in the country for eight years, what do I know?

You might be able to buy rural land cheaply on Palawan but it may be no good for farming. Aside from that, rural Palawan isn't the safest of places for a cocky white boy like you.

You came here looking for advice regarding a visit you were about to make. I and others gave you an accurate insight into what can happen if you don't take care. That nothing bad did happen may be as a result of our warnings and the simple precautions we advised you to take. :like:

Yippee! Without a doubt the best six words you've ever written in this thread. :D

Haha, you only know how your computer desk and bed look like in your home as you are too scared to go outside. :D

    But never mind. :p
I just came back to say that I'm really happy that I didn't listen any of your advices. I applied for EEA family permit on 9 of October. 23 of October my girl had appointment in Manila to scan all the paperwork and 13 of November she received message from home office that decision is already made and her passport sent back to her by the courier.
Few days nervous waiting and just yesterday she received passport together with her approved EEA family permit visa inside.

I'm really happy because it was for free and I didn't expect it will be so quick and easy. :)
Now just to buy a plane ticket and she will be with me. :D

rubbing our noses in it--knowing us Brits have to pay £ thousands in visa fees to bring our families over. just goes to prove once again what is wrong with this EU discrimination.

You really shouldn't have bothered coming back just to tell us that; it was quite unnecessary. As you've not endeared yourself to others by your words and your attitude, I doubt anyone is interested.

I don't care about endearing. You was the one who was saying the most about that I will be failed so I just came to tell you that you was wrong.
    AGAIN. :p

Looks like you are always wrong. :p

The beauty of the internet is that it allows people to live in the world in which they create. Trolls often live in this world or create it, in an attempt to either demonstrate their own perceived intelligence/ one up-man-ship. Good luck with your continued keyboard warrior games.

I hope his approach with his girlfriend is different than his current outlook on life and how he treats others. Karma has been mentioned on here recently, lets see where it takes Tyger

I totally agree with that. Looks like you completely well described Markham together with all others who are happy to give their "wonderful advices" to other people and boosting their ego in this way.
You can all live in the world you created here, as I can see lots of have nothing else to do and post here 24/7h a day.
Maybe you say it's not nice for me to say that, but I must say I will not see you again. You can live in your imaginary computer world. I am happy to start new chapter in my life with my girl now.
So bye and this is my last post. Not in this topic, but everywhere on this forum.
Just remember it is good for your health to go out from your home sometimes and meet with the other people.

I don't think anyone here need it but at the end I can give you advice. You can buy ticket from Manila to London Heathrow by PAL airline very cheap. I just paid around £350 you can check it yourself if you don't believe me. 457 USD exactly. Emirates was asking for £850 and KLM even more. Prices for next week.

@Mattecube was actually talking about you but you are too arrogant and pumped-up with your own self-importance to see that.

Said by the Troll who posted that here at 4am!

So you keep promising but you repeatedly break your word. Not a gentleman obviously.

Apart from the fact that PAL is fully-booked until November 25. that's not so cheap, then. You can fly for a mere $438 on November 30. There are just as cheap fares available from a number of airlines most of which provide a better overall experience than PAL.

The guy really knows how to make friends .
Comes on a Internet forum looking for advice ,
Doesn't hear the advice he wants to hear
Insults and annoys people who are trying to help
Argues about everything from visa requirements to history of the war
Manages to get a visa far easier that Brits
Returns to gloat and take the p

I hope he keeps his promise not to return , but somehow I doubt it .
