Visa approved but no letter

I have a similar situation with you @toytu.When my daughter's visa delivered there was no decision letter inserted. So, I let her went to VFS to ask the "decision letter for Entry clearance" which is very important to show in UK border and collection of BRP and the staff said that we don't need anymore as it was saying in the sticker already.
We arrived in the UK on the 24 of November with no hassled at all but my concern now is the BRP, where and how to collect as we have no letter to show.
Anyone can help me, please?

Did you do the online application? It should say on the the application which post office

I read on some forums that the letter is just to help them find the brp faster

What happened?

They asked me the decision letter then the post office staff tried to checked also but totally no bro for my daughter. It cause a problem for me now.

Did you go to the post office that you picked when you were doing her online application?

And she has no BRP card?

Shouldn't it be the post office that you picked when doing the online application? Am I right?

Without the letter you may struggle to get the card!

I contacted ukvi about this, they said that they will email me. Hopefully they do it on time

I phoned them last week about not receiving the letter. My wife and daughter will be here on dec 17
