Trying to find any info about EU national living in UK and getting married ...

    Let's hope that this is the right way to choose ... And still confused where to get married if she still needs to apply from outside UK .
    Smells like Philippines to me ...
    Not a chance for her to come here and get married here and then apply from outside UK ... Confused.com ...

    Ideally it would make sense............ She would be getting married with all her family around her and would really help make her great day into an extra brilliant one.


    None, whatsoever.
    As far as I could read into the GUIDANCE notes, there is no provision, or I couldn't find any, for a non EEA national to get a Fiancee Entry Visa, to marry an EEA national here.

    The only way around this would be to apply as the general UK Nationals would do, then you are in line to pay a few thousand pounds in Visa fees, FLR, ILR, English language tests...............
