Hello everyone i would like to ask this for my friend she will apply her first spouse visa. Been long time since my last application. So i want to make sure if we’re correct regarding 28 day rule. Last payslip will be 26th January and letter of employment dated 9th February She will send her application on 16th February.
Sponsor get paid weekly and they are aware aswell bank statement must be in 28 day rule. We just want to make sure so we asked here thank you.

Rule states that financial evidence for most recent element of for example bank statements or payslips must be within 28 days of visa application date.

"Where Appendix FM-SE requires the applicant to provide specified evidence relating to a period which ends with the date of application, that evidence must be dated no earlier than 28 days before the date of application."

I believe it applies to bank statements and payslips but not the letter of employment but having problems finding something definitive on that but.

Based on OP post I believe the dates are good
