So this BRP for FLR2 we go to PO then need to wait until its postes out ?? Can we still submit online visa application without the actual card or how does it work ??

With your application bundle that you post you send off the first BRP card,when you are successful you will ge your new BRP posted to you.

So we dont need to go get fingerprints etc etc for this flr2 ?? I thought i read somewhere we need to go to a local PO and apply for a new 1 ??

No you dont have to go the fingerprints for your second FLR

I've more or less done the application online just gettibg the paperwork ready so i would assume next step enter english test results pay NHS surcharge then the actual visa fee and then send everything off ?? I know we can scan in the paperwork but that would be very time consuming would rather just send it all...

Nope haven't got to that step i more or less saved the application at the required documents checklist.. im hoping to complete and send the application away by next weekend.. I'm waitibg for letter of employment from my work along with payslips p60 etc etc..

Also as an aside we retained a photocopy of the old BRP card and photo page of passport til new BRP came back (wasnt needed but hey ho)

Aye better to be safe i am right in saying the only original documents we need to send away is both our passports ?? And also the old BRP you mentioned ??

Ithink but not 100% that the non applicants passport can be copied and only has to be the photopage, as we didnt need my passport at the time we just sent mine in as it was plus my wifes original (the applicant)

Apologies you do have your fingerprints taken my wife reminded me last night you find a PO that does fingerprinting ( key in to Google Biometric post offices) find one near you take along the system generated letter and barcode and £19.50 they take your fingerprints.
Wife took hers the day she posted her docs.

it says so in the online application.

Personally like I said earlier I would send the passport unless you may need it in the time it will be away.

Ah ok no problem m8 i did think i read somewhere these need to be taken.. but thanks again for the correction !!

I'm now sorting correspondence, and it's required from 3 different sources, and apparently two items having different dates from the same place in any one or all of the sources, is allowed.
Is this confirmed anywhere?
