We will be submitting my wife's 2nd 2.5-year (Extension) FLR(M) visa application in September.

I am seeking advice or opinion on what to put in the 'Net pay' box? I will attach a screenshot if someone can explain how to include a .jpg that is stored on my PC in this Post???

Can we just put a 'ball-park' figure per month, or should we work out the average she received per month over the 6 months prior to the application? Her pay varies slightly each month, depending on how many days she has worked & how many hours of Enhanced/Unsocial Hours pay she receives.

Secondly, although the second & third tick-boxes - on the same page of the online application - specify the 6-month period prior to the application, the first does not mention how recent the letter detailing her Gross salary, Net salary, NICs, length and type of employment (Permanent/fixed-term/contract or agency), should be. Would her original 'Offer of Employment'/Contract letter (2 years-old now) cover the requirements of the first tick-box?

    TIA

I believe they take the lowest figure from the salary that she has earned over the past 6 months, so i would suggest that you use that figure if you wish to work out an average.

Take her lowest month pay to do your calculations times it by 12 does it meet the threshold and anything else is a bonus!
We have always in our 6 visa applications done an employment letter dated near the application date normally contains
    Name
    DOB
Earnings year to date plus the lowest paid period x the remaining months added up.
Then an OTE which is her full pay to date divided by months past gives an average then x by 12

Thanks for the replies so far - 'the Devil is in the (missing) detail'... We are exempt from the FR due to my disability benefits. That said, from the replies so far I think we will put her lowest monthly 'Net' figure during the preceding 6-month period before the application?
