2ND PART OF FLR VISA APPLICATION (AFTER 2 YEARS IN UK)

    HI can any one direct me to a post/thread with the full list of requirements for the flr vis for my wife here in the uk, we did the first flr -m 1 and a half years ago and the second one approaches in 6 months, i think most the requirements are the same but no longer can find the info at home can any one supply the definitive list- paperwork required/copies/photos/ etc etc that we need.

    200 pounds per year of the visa .. so a 2.5 year visa = 500 pounds
    I think you only have to pay for 1 year when they convert to 'indefinite leave to remain'

    your first flr ( i presume after you got married ) lasts for 30 months.

    The same 2.5 yrs, then you apply for the ILR (indefinite leave to remain).

    MANY THANKS FOR THAT YES IVE LOOKED, 500 QUID....
    ALSO IVE BEEN LOOKING ONLINE WHEN WE EXTEND FLR WE WILL GIVE ALL SAME AMOUNT OF EVIDENCE 6 MONTHS PAYSLIPS STATEMENTS ETC ETC, WILL WE BE BEST TO PROVIDE STAGGERED EVIDENCE FROM LAST 30 MONTHS?-BILLS, PAYSLIPS, PHOTOS ON HOLIDAYS AND OLD TENNANCY AGREEMENTS TO COVER THAT PERIOD, AS TO BE HONEST NOT SAVE THAT MUCH BUT GOT TENNANCY STUFF AND LOADS DATED PHOTOS OF 5 HOLIDAYS OR MORE OVER 2 YEARS....VISA IS IN AUGUST NEXT YEAR SO WILL HAVE SOLID 6 MONTHS STUFF PLUS WILL SAVE EVERYTHING FROM NOW ALSO (FILED IN SEPERATE FILE),...SEEMS MORE IS BETTER?

    "More is better", we could use that as the British Filipino motto :D

    Yes you can spread all your sustaining relationship evidence out over the visa period if you wish but remember to submit up to date financial information, payslips, bank statements and all that good stuff

    I've just re read your post, make sure you submit up to date financial evidence, last six months payslips and bank statements and so on.

    thank you everyone, great advice well keep you posted on the result which should be favourable any way...as nothings changed since last visa.
