    Some Members and mods, coming out publically with nasty and uncalled for Jewish one liner jokes...

    I knew that some of them are closet racists or if not, then racially biased, and also display a latent homophobic tendency, but lately they have sunk to new depths in my opinion.

    They must consider themselves extremely lucky indeed, for not living in Germany, as they would be arrested and charged accordingly....:oops:

    Hmmm.. Nothing new. Though, I doubt many Jews frequent that site anyway. And if any do, they should step up and call time on it. Though kudos to Fred for stepping in with a little common sense:like:

    Don't know what caused the warning, i agree with the opinion held here. But i still assume that a clean and widely accepted form of joking here and there is tolerated. Such as the famous "Monty Python" type of humour ?

    I joined the forum several years ago - and for several years I was happy! It was a great forum. I met Dom at the Barrio Festival in Blackpool last year - he gave me certain information - I was shocked and saddened - since that time I have witnessed a wholesale decline in - mods - threads - content - discipline - I could go on!!!

    I must admit - I am sad!!!!

    However - thank God for Sean and EP!!!!! :like:

    I am amazed that Arthur of ALL PEOPLE is the one who would be adding fuel to the fire in these dreadfully offensive (to jews) jokes.

    I reallllly did think he was above that :( It truly saddens me. He's becoming more like the scouser every day.

    It's such a bad thing, because at one time, Arthur was a really nice man, a man who could be relied upon to be the voice of moderation ... then he became a moderator ... and well, he seems far from moderate now :( So sad to see the moral entropy over there.

    Well over recent times the core posts have become filled with bigotry. This appears to have attracted plenty of trolls who come and go.

    The eldelry scot, was elected with a vote of one, probably, to a higher office, only to have a courteus bum licking minion at hand,
    as the only thing he was good for was the greeting newbies on the site, just like the person at the entrance of an ASDA supermarket...
    Once in a position of relative power, the bigotry soon manifested itself, I guess you cannot hide one's true nature for long.
    And yes, the trolls were allowed to thrive and prosper, at the expense of decent posters with something to share.
