i work for driving agency and want to bring my filopino girlfriend to uk to meet the requiered 18600 i need 25 pay slips but m wages vary as does the work but i have 21 payslips which so a gross income of 10 divided by 6 then multiply by twelve gives me 20,000 is this ok for to meet the requirements anybody help as iv just been working for 6 month
3.22 If your sponsor has not been employed by the same employer for 6 months prior to the application does their total income (before tax) from salaried employment received in the 12 months prior to your application meet or exceed the financial requirement you must meet? If your total income has been £20,000 over the last 12 months prior to the application then you will be okay, just make sure you submit all the relevant payslips and bank statements to cover that period. You will have to give details of your previous employer on the VAF4a2 (financial requirement form) form attached. Please remember to check that all application forms are current before you apply.
