Hi all,,I'm on about day 28 and I've just recieved our documents returned with a letter attached basically saying that copies of everything they need have been taken so they are returning my original documents.The strange thing is they have sent the entire application back,copies and originals..even the application form and appendix 2...they have definitely been through the stacks as they are all mixed up..is this the new norm or does it sound unusual..cheers.
Hello, I don't think this is unusual. When you send your documents to Sheffield they scan them for you. They will keep an electronic copy and send back your documents
@Roseanne J is right. They scan your documents and keep it in their system that's why all documents - original or photocopies are returned.
