Guys I need some advice on "Accommodation" I almost committed myself in signing a 6 months contract with a Private Landlord. But I wasnt quite sure if the Consul allows contracted tenancy?
BTW there's a lot of bikes here right now. A couple of fatalities already and it is only practice week. Again, my wife applied under the old rules. But I was at the start of a 6 month tenancy agreement at the point of application. She submitted a copy of the agreement. She also submitted a letter from the landlord covering the agreement, specification of the number of rooms in the apartment and gave permission for my wife to reside at the apartment and to become part of the agreement upon arrival.
I asked about that and the landlord said only once she had arrived. But they specified her as a welcome tenant in the covering letter.
