    IM NEW TO THIS BUT I AM ENGAGED AND WISH TO APPLY FOR A FIANCE VISA FROM THE PHILIPPINES..MY FIANCE IS DIVORCED ..DECREE ABSOLUTE FROM THE USA BUT THE MARRAIGE HAS YET TO BE ANNULED IN THE PHILIPPINES...SOME SAY WE CAN STILL GET A FIANCE VISA AND MARRY HERE AS THE UK VIEW THE DECREE ABSOLUTE AS ENOUGH...ANY THOUGHTS OR HELP OUT THERE WILL BE GREATLY APPRECIATED
