Money, money, money.... Gizzayourmoney..... Don't they half devise ways of making one's pocket that little bit lighter every day, huh...??? In this sad case, even such small charge, may prevent someone from reporting a crime in progress or a serious accident....... It is bad enough with people not "wanting to get involved"...
