It is the address from vfsglobal manila website. It is also the one I used although still waiting to get it back.

To be aware you need to be careful who you send it with as based on other threads not everyone delivers to PO Boxes. Think there have been issues with parcelforce as well.

Royal mail will do signed delivery up to 10kg. Not cheap but may be better option to PO Box address.

Sent on the 8th October. I was out there when we submitted the visa application and did the biometrics. I then came back and sent it off from UK so was able to send from UK which I assumed you were going to do.

Will leave it to someone else to answer the question on which is better as don't know which sends it to PO Boxes.

There are addresses in other threads on physical address to use and you may have to do that if can't deliver to PO Box. Do follow the thread to the end to check on any issues with the address used.

Sorry I can't be more help.

From what I understand, only Royal Mail send to PO boxes.

Every other courier, including Parcelforce, will hold your parcel, send a letter to the PO box address (if they haven't previously), asking for the alternative addresses, and then re-route your parcel to the non-POBox delivery destination. Sometimes this will mean the parcel could get held up a number of times in holding areas etc. So it really depends on how good the administration is handled by each courier (I've learnt this from multiple conversations with Royal Mail and Parcelforce's customer services).

To avoid confusion and delays, I simply wouldn't send anything over 2kg to a PO box address (at my local post office, 2kg was the cut-off weight before they handed it off to Parcelforce - or any other courier).

Personally, from my own experience and based on others' recommendations, I would use DHL if you're over 2kg, and send it to a non-POBox address to begin with.

Also, DO NOT forget to put the application reference on multiple sides of the parcel, and be sure to put your return address, just incase.

As getting close to a month since sent and not seen come back I'm starting to get a bit concerned. Not heard anything from them apart from email saying that it is being prepared for ECO and if not already sent then need to send documents and advising on order of documents within the pack.

Was under the impression that they don't send much out and get documents back without any correspondence and then nothing until then get a decision. That assumes they don't want additional information or as in case of step children want the IHS payment in which case do get some correspondence.
