Hi Guys I know that this has been covered previously because my fiancee has seen it, but we cannot find it anywhere for the life of us... Am I correct to assume that for Fiance(e) Visa the correct response is 'no' because the visa does not permit it? Even if she fully intends to work once her Spouse Visa is approved? Maybe making a small note in the notes box stating such?
My then Fiancé put yes, once the FLR(M) is approved and the proper authorisation is given to work then I will look for work in the private banking sector where I have x amount of years experience, something along those lines. I think it gives the impression that your partner will look for work thus contributing to household making it less likely that any benefits will be claimed by the sponsor. Bit of kidology really but no harm in stating. Any little bits of information like this that you think will embellish the application can be entered on the further information pages that are included in the application. In fact I think she wrote the bit about her looking for work in her cover letter that she submitted.
Thanks Timmers, I think we will steal that blatantly from you. Is it stealing if I told you already...?
That's fine, we all chip in with a little information here for everyone to use, you're more than welcome
I'm hoping I can chip in with help from the experience of our successes very shortly. Thanks for the excellent advice and support guys.
