Good morning to all............. I just like to say a big THANK YOU to everyone for their kind words and support. I leave Scotland tomorrow for a 6 week stay in the philippines. The plan is to get married and then come back and start the immigrating process for the spouse visa on the grounds that i am a carer for my father............... Thanks again to all............... Kev

Haha, I am sure it is for those who love meat. I have not eaten meat, fish or eggs for 25 years, its not a moral thing.. I simply dont want to eat it so i am sure to loose weight on this 6 week trip............ Its never a bad thing.... 1 more sleep and im there!!!! happy days........... cheers guys....... Kev
Kev, enjoy it! If you turned meat eater again I would recomend you try Lechon Manok (Filipino roast/bbq chicken - tastes like a mild Nandos chicken). I recommend "Chuks to Go".... Lami However, pineapples are always good
Good luck, have fun, get married and remember you need 550 pesos for the airport tax on the way back!
Well you should be there now, so congratulations.... I signed up here a while ago but haven't really posted, just read. I am getting married next summer and we are marrying in Philippines.... So just looking for a step by step guide on what I need to do here before I leave... and then what I need to do there once I arrive..... Also what my lovely fiance needs to do her end before I arrive so it all runs smoothly on my 6 week stay... I know it is highly unlikely she will be returning to the UK with me after my 6 weeks are up, but the process of getting her here will begin ASAP So in 6 weeks time or when ever you can, I'd appreciate some help from someone who has recently gone through the process Thanks and once again, congratulations.
