biometrics

    good day to everyone

    I have been trying for 2 days now to find out of my wife needs to enrol her biometric information before she hands in our application at the visa centre. After calling them, the woman simply said to book online. She didn't answer the question if we need to do this before she hand in her application or if it happens on the days...

    This is the website we are looking at .... the links do now work..... Can someone please help....

    As far as I know, all biometrics will be sorted on the day of interview.

    Thankfully we haven't needed to do biometrics at any stage. IOM opted out of it /them.
