Bob Marley

    Last week was the 30th anniversary of the death of Bob Marley. He died of cancer on May 11 1981 aged just 36.
    Although it's 30 years since his death his musical legacy is just as strong as ever

    I saw him at Brighton gosh really that long ago and when the Wailers played at Glasters a few years ago on the 3rd stage ive never seen such a crowd

    Yeah, I saw him at Bingley Hall in Stafford in 1978 (I think), he and the Wailers were great.

    Have seen Burning Spear many times too and I much prefer Winston Rodney of Burning Spear live.
    The dub versions of Burning Spear are amazing too :like:
