I just booked my flights leave london on the 7th of February had originally planed to meet in manila but Chella took a job in cebu so will fly to there I've booked 5 nights in Cebu R Hotel, then we go to bohol but not decided where to stay yet but like 2 places Anda White Beach Resort or Hayahay Resort After bohol we are going to meet the family on Camiguin. I would like to have done this over christmas and new year as work closes for 2 weeks but the flights were to much
Great stuff Just relax enjoy the holiday. Bohol is a wonderful place with plenty to see and plenty to do.
Good luck Patch, yeah flights at Christmas are nigh on impossible to get far too expensive these days, and yeah Sean it is the hottest time of year, well worth experiencing March in the Phils.
The heat will shock you when you get here but its the best month to go to the beach and have fun! :vhappy: goodluck on meeting 'the one'
Scorchio Boracay in April On an aside, you know they have BANNED building sandcastles on Boracay, only way to build one is to buy a permit costing about 1500 peso or something! Actually February won't be too bad just get in the water and keep in the shade when you are not in the water I envy you going to Bohol, I would much prefer that to Boracay these days.
Patch, Just be aware that Anda White beach resort is not on Pangloa Island. its long way from airport about 2 hours. Very nice though. My wifes from Bohol so if you need any tips or advise, send me PM or just post. Travling to Camiguin , you can get a fast craft to Camiguan from Jagna, which is near Anda. So Anda white beach might be in your plans. Enjoy your trip. We will be over in January and February.
I decided to book Anda White beach resort to stay in bohol for 4 nights, the resort has good reviews Its not close to the nightlife but I'm not in to that any way and Alona Beach seems a little busy for me. now looking forward to some quality time with the Mahal
It sounds great. I'm sure you'll have a great time. Bohol was a great revelation for me. It's a wonderful, charming, interesting and relaxing place imo. I would have no hesitation in recommending it. Enjoy BTW Alona Beach is also very nice, and although it sometimes gets a little busy it's nowhere near as busy as Boracay.
Although Bohol is just a stone throw away from Jets place, I never managed to get that all important ferry across, for various reasons...
