Hi all, I've been trying to book an appointment with the embassy for February for a couple of months now. I need to do an affirmation for my fiancées spouse visa. The link to make an appointment has not and does not work. I've emailed them three times and never had a reply. My fiancée has phoned them and they just tell her to go to the link. We're pulling our hair out. Any suggestions please? Martin.
Is this to get married in the Philippines or for your spouse visa because you do not need one for the visa just Decree Absolute?

That's what I've been trying to do for two months. All it shows is December, and nothing happens whatever I touch. I press continue, and nothing.
I'm guessing you're getting the same response as me "its not possible to book an appointment on that day" when you click on any date on the calendar? Pain in the backside I can well understand your frustration, you expect this from a Philippine Government website but not the one for the British Embassy. I take it your good lady lives too far away from the Embassy to go in person, if that's the case you can only try to contact them again via email/phone. Hopefully one of the other chaps may be able to give you some advice or an alternative number/way of contacting the Embassy.
Thanks for the help Timmers. My good lady's comment was, "they are not even Filipinos at the embassy". She will go there tomorrow. 15 minute ride. I hope she manages to get some sense out of them.
"They are not even Filipinos at the Embassy," I remember going to the British Embassy in Dubai and saying to my wife "bloody hell there isn't a British person to be seen they are all Pakis and Indians" I'm sure you're loved one will get it all sorted out tomorrow, good luck.
The appointments system is working just as it should: There are no appointments available for December, denoted by the cross-hatching. Click on the "January" link which I've arrowed ... There are several dates with appointment slots available - 12th & 13th, 16th & 17th, 19th & 20th, 23 & 24th and the 26th. Select one of these or you can click on "February" : Again there are a number of available. I chose 16th February by clicking on the date and a panel of available time slots then appears beneath the calendar. Simply select which 15 minute slot you wish to book and click on the green "Continue" button beneath. You will then be asked for your personal details. Simples!
I've deleted that post just in case they see it via Google!!! Last correspondence was marked "Sensitive" so I better shut up now!! lol.
How odd, it works for me now, maybe they heard us talking about them before I tried clicking on available dates that were free and nothing, as if they were being recognised as unavailable slots, never mind.
Am I doing something wrong? December is showing which is full. I press continue, I touch or swipe everything but nothing happens.
My problem is I can't get the page to show February. It's stuck on December. I tap and swipe and get nothing.
Try on another pc if you can, its working for me now, may be an IPad or mobile problem you're having.
Markham, how do you open the February page please? I've tried everything and the page stays on. December. Tap continue, nothing!
