We all have similar feelings at times.

My missus flew back today early, my flights booked, I know 6 Filipinos who have moved there this year and two more flying before Christmas, fantastic country, good standard of living, its population is growing, slow but its certainly increasing.Guys reg says it all.

I toyed with the idea of living there once. The Banff area fascinated me but the cold weather won out.

The most educated population in the world, harsh winters trade of beautiful summers, great place to chill out. My kid lives in Florida now so not to far to pop down.

Canadians are in the grip of a tyrannical government according to many of my new Canadian neighbour's. They are moving out for many reasons but a common complaint from them seems to be about Trudeau and his destruction of the local economy since the 2020 lock downs and the closures of local businesses.
They talk about how their Freedoms and their constitution has been attacked since he declared the emergency act in order to stop a growing and legitimate protest against the various mandates and restrictions there.
Seems that there is an inquiry being held now in some kind of Kangaroo court.

That is what Canadians are telling us that have left since some of the travel restriction were relaxed.

I suppose these type of actions became justifiable since Justin Removed their rights to freedom of speech by declaring the emergency act without legal Justification!
