We have cancelled our Premium Service Appointment online 284hours before the scheduled date. Visa fee and IHS were paid. Will there be any refund other than the IHS? Can we get a refund on the visa and premium service fee? On their email and website, it mentioned that we might not be able to get booking fee back which is £100. Thanks.
