No. You do not need to attend the seminar again you need to take the passport with the visa in it when it's all done and the cfo certificate and make an appointment to get the cfo sticker only

My husband live with nan temporarily. He's planning to move out 2 months before i arrive. Is it ok? It wont affect once we applied my spouse visa?. Doesn't matter how long he lived there? @ChoiAndJohn

    I don't understand your question.
Where was he living when you submitted the application?

In your visa application you should give accommodation details. That might include such things as deeds for the house, letters confirming that the owner of the house gives you permission to stay there and proof that the sponsor lives there.

Im sorry. I mean before we apply visa application he will move out to rent a house enough for us. Then after that he will ask the landlord for a letter that im allowed to stay there. Then he will send me the papers after. Im just worried if thats ok. Doesnt matter how long he lived there? Just like in payslip they need atleast 6months and that's no problem.

It doesn't matter that he just moved house. If he can provide a tenancy agreement, a council tax bill showing the address and a letter from the landlord giving permission to stay, then that should be just fine.

I'm not sure with spouse visas, but with a fiancee visa you need at least 6 months remaining on the tenancy agreement.

or--if you have less than 6 months remaining on the tenancy ( as in my case )--you need a letter saying the landlord WILL offer a renewal for a further minimum 6 months. as well as a letter confirming the applicant is permitted to legally live there as well... these are not options--but an essential part of the sponsorship.
