I need some advice regarding my stepdaughter bringing her 3 year old son to UK. My stepdaughter has Indefinite leave to remain in UK granted in April 2012 She also has solo responsibility of her son through a Court Order granted in the Philippines. Her son has been looked after by his grandparents She has been sending monies on a regular basic for his needs She also has been in Philippines for 3 months in 2003 and has been in Philippines since December 2014 sorting out paperworks ect Does she have to meet financial requirements to bring her son to UK as she had ILR in April 2012 as I'm sure I read somewhere on this forum that she does not need to meet these requirement as long as she had her ILR before July 2012? I hope somebody can answer my query and keep us on the right track Salamat
