Has anybody have up to date information on processing times for this class of visa? Has anyone used Priority Visa Service? Can you use this service when applying for Child Settlement? Salamat
I don't believe priority visa service is available for settlement visa. We asked for my wife and kids and it wasn't. I would imagine the processing times are in line with the published figures. Ifi you want to guess I would estimate that it would be around the 30 working day mark judging by the experiences of other settlement visa applicants.
Am about to "settle a stepson" starting next Thursday. Along with his mother. I do not think that the priority service is available for any settlement visas. Our processing time was 35 days, but remember that you need to add the CFO to that. A child under 13 does not need to attend a counselling session, but will need to be registered and to have the essential sticker in the passport.
