you are totally out of order. the child's father is very keen for his son to live with his mother. and we are not going to appeal--too costly and long winded.
Yes you are right - 100% agree. HOWEVER - as taxpayers we have every right to expect that public SERVANTS apply said rules in a just and equitable manor, applying compassion and common sense where applicable - they work for us - we pay their wages. Anyway - I didn't join this forum to get involved in such discussions - I'm looking for advice and support so let's leave it there.
Emotive subjects can only be dealt with using defined guidelines otherwise what one body sees as compassionate other bodies will maybe see in a different light. Your right about civil servants they are in place to serve the country,one such service is the protection of our shores. End of for me
