SHE GOT 2 EMAILS SAYING A DECISION HAD BEEN MADE AND TO COLLECT HER DOCS TODAY BETWEEN 2 AND 3 (MANILA TIME).NOW SHE THINKS SHE READ THE EMAIL WRONG BECAUSE IT SAYS SOMETHING ABOUT YOU HAVE TO WAIT FOR A TEXT MESSAGE GIVING A SPECIFIC APPOINTMENT TIME.WE ARE NOW WORRIED THAT SHE HAS MISSED THE SLOT OF BETWEEN 2 AND 3PM. PLEASE HELP SANDYGEN
She needs to speak with someone at the office and explain her situation, maybe she can still get the decision today. I understand how you must be feeling, especially with it being Friday today, remain positive.
For anyone reading this thread prior to submitting your visa application it is much better to avail to the courier service when initially registering your visa application online. It is inexpensive and you will receive your decision and all the documents you submitted for the visa application a couple of days after receiving your decision email from the VFS/British Embassy.
If she has to wait a couple of days so be it, it doesn't matter as long as you get a positive outcome. There is still time to get the decision today, I hope that is the case.
