    Hi

Busy looking at FLR(m) for my wife. Do not understand question 6.16 :- Are you and your sponsor related outside of your relationship? Do I say yes and enter details of marriage

    Anybody help with this ?

You enter NO, you are related of course through marriage but not in any other way.

Thank you Timmers - FLR(m) is a nightmare - no doubt I'll be back for further advise.

Don't worry about it Dave, somebody here will always help you out, we've all been in your shoes and we have all asked questions when we have not been sure about something.

I have asked lots of silly questions here at BF, I always work on the basis, "if in doubt ask".

Are you using the premium service or are you posting your application off?

the only silly question was the one you never asked.

I was considering using the Premium Service but not sure now because of the Health Surcharge

I understand, the new NHS surcharge is making the cost of the application mount up substantially.

Is it your first or second FLR? If it's your first, then doing it by post may mean a delay of about 6 months before getting the Biometric Permit.

It's expensive, but your wife can start work as soon as she gets it. If she intends working it works out better value than waiting for a postal application.

This is our first FLR. No rush for Biometric Permit as we had a baby in November 2014.

ps - how did you manage to highlight what I said in your reply.
