Hi peeps, hope you're all OK. Would somebody be able to give me advice in regards to the financial requirement please. I'm sorry if there's a few questions. -Category B -Spouse visa +I'm married +My wife is in Phil . For category b. 1......Would me being unemployed for many of these months matter as long as I hit 18.6k? 2......If I earned 18.6k in 5 months, could I apply right away instead of waiting another 7 months? 3......Would I have to give an employment letter for all jobs had during this period that add to 18.6k or just the last one? (Not sure how easy this will be to get from agencies) 4......These are with temp agencies, decent pay with plenty of overtime, since its temporary work, would that have any affect on the employment letter of the most recent job or the entry clearance officers decision? Since the job is temporary and won't last . -Trying to decide whether to just bang out enough overtime over 3 months to get my savings up so its high enough to be used with a full time job, and apply using category A. Or -To stick with the temp agencies to earn 18.6k and apply with category B. Thankyou for any advice that can be given to me. It means alot.
