..We are already married.. June 8th and my visa expires June 26th but my return ticket is for June 28th... we are so confused.. because I want to go back home with my wife ,but not to settle there but to dispose of my bungalow and return here to the Phil to live permanently.So my question is,if by extending my visa to stay here am I missing out on papers that need to be processed in the UK or is it feasible to stay here to process the papers with my wife ? Finally what visa are we going to file because we are not planning to settle in UK?
you can extend your visa at the local BoI office If it were me I would apply a visit visa and if it fails go and sort out your affairs in the UK have you thought of renting out your bungalow?
