How long has it taken for VFS to send txt or email about getting passport returned after you know decision has been made? does anyone phone of a phone number or email address for VFS in cebu, I'm having trouble finding any direct contact information for them.
For some reason VFS Manila and Cebu doesn't have contact numbers. Have you actually received an email already that a decision has been made? Or you've based all that from the tracking service that says decided? Maybe she'll get a confirmation this week and hopefully her passport will be with after that.
