Some great news for a change. Well done Sean and Joy :vhappy: Kuya, your perseverence has finally led to the start of your new life together soon. Hearty congratulations and another Fil-Brit couple are to be together in the UK.
Thanks guys Just waiting on the Manila hub now, they got the visa this morning - confirming it with an email to Joy.
You have a few weeks to "sanitize" the pad............. The nooks and crannies they get into just to have a nose around are nobody's business...
Joy now has her visa, and it is just the CFO sticker we need before we book a flight for the UK. Below is a heavily censored scanned copy of Joys visa for anyone wondering what a British spouse visa looks like these days..
Glad to hear it was also overturned!! im due to be married this month lol and we have started applying for further leave now(document prep) with visa logic this time. Just having problems with NHS manager at the moment now
Hi Kuya, Can I please ask how did you make them reply? I have been patiently waiting for my wife's visa
The time can be from 2 months to 9 months.. It depends on how busy/lazy the UKBA happen to be and how you push them. I did a write up here. Another member here recently joined and used my tactics, and got to the end of the appeal within a couple of weeks after joining. So I strongly advise you to be assertive if you're appealing a decision.
