    Joy now has her visa, and it is just the CFO sticker we need before we book a flight for the UK.

    Glad to hear it was also overturned!!

    im due to be married this month lol and we have started applying for further leave now(document prep) with visa logic this time.

    Just having problems with NHS manager at the moment now :(

    The time can be from 2 months to 9 months.. It depends on how busy/lazy the UKBA happen to be and how you push them. I did a write up here.

    Another member here recently joined and used my tactics, and got to the end of the appeal within a couple of weeks after joining. So I strongly advise you to be assertive if you're appealing a decision.
