I've booked tickets to Cebu for next year, I was contemplating some of those websites with the "great" prices but there are some really bad practices with them. Always Google their reviews on independent websites and you soon discover how good they really are ... not! Ebookers is reliable, even got me new travel dates when the ash cloud from Iceland fell upon us a few years back. I went direct with the carrier this time, Cathay Pacific, seeing as they have changed their awful reclining seats now.
