Hi I had a 2 yr old daughter uk born. Leave here in philippines last year without visa. Im single.not married. Shes with her dads surname. How can i bring her back in here? Shes with my mum and dad back home. Im pbs tier 2 visa.please help!

If your daughter was born in the UK and you took her to the Philippines, she should have a British Passport, so she will not need a visa.
Hi. No shes not yet british citizen,bcoz me and her father is not yet british citizen. We are work permit. Her visa is the same as mine. thanks
But you say that your daughter was born in the UK, in which case I'm pretty sure she automatically has British citizenship.
