Is a budjet Hotel close by Fuete Circle and Robinsons Mall (walking distance) and is proving to be an adequate choice at 1360 piso they have a web site and take all major cards its my second visit and at the price same as two years ago I am happy with my room and the location

You are right its one of the delightfull idiosyncrosies of here, First time I stayed #######i could acess an unprotected wi-fi across the street there are plenty of cafes 10-20 piso an hour within spitting distance and Bo,s coffee shop has a free wi-fi just over the road

So, can you get free wifi in your room at the Diplomat?

I did in 2008 it depends your room location only worked in the old wing but free wi-fi in budget hotels is not very common here

I stayed there with my wife last year and found it worth the money although I am more than happy with the Pension Houses in Cebu!!
