Do i need to use Bar code separator for tourist visa?

I just read about the Bar code separator to arrange documents before taking them to VFS Global. Does this apply for tourist visa?
We were just going to use sticky labels.

Also do i need to scan a mini statement showing i payed for her visa application?

Yes use barcodes and yes i would put in evidence you paid for the application.

We printed the barcode separaters on A4 paper ,to arrange documents the same as all the other documents , and just submitted them in a brown A4 envelope .

We took two envelopes , one with original documents and one with the copies .

We just used sticky labels can anyone explain what a barcode separator is.
