You will not have a Home Office Reference number if you are applying for your settlement visa to the UK for the first time.

Leave it blank, we did for the Fiancée visa and first FLR(M).

We put the Home Office Reference number found in my husband's/ sponsor's British Citizenship Certificate. Leave it blank if the sponsor is born in the UK.
