My mother in law’s employer in the Philippines had a Siberian Huskey! I think they kept it in the fridge.

We have 2 Siberian Huskies here in Davao. They tolerate the heat ok. Early mornings and evenings are no problem, but they need to be in the aircon from about 11am till 4pm. They get walked between 5-6pm. Our subdivision has rules on dog ownership. We have land up in the highlands outside Davao up at 1,200m, where its pretty cold 25C daytime and 12C nighttime. Lots of waterfalls and streams for them to run in. Having dogs does restrict holidays etc, but many hotels & resorts here are pet friendly. If we want to holiday overseas, some of my wife's family stay in the house to take care of them.
