    They don't look as sharp, before I transferd them from camera, then to another thumb drive then onto another pc. Will this effect the images?

    If was just straight copies from one device to another there will be no degradation of the image Jim but if you used software to do the copy it may have re-sampled the jpeg images at each stage which could result in some loss of quality.

    It's also possible that VBulletin is applying some jpeg compression as well, a few of us that post pictures are just posting links to our shots that are hosted elsewhere on the internet, not on Sean's storage.

    Transfers can degrade images, sometimes.... Depends whether or no they are in RAW or Jpegs.

    Yeah, its gone from card to PC then transferd to thumb drive then to another PC. weren't sure, thanks for the heads up oss
