Endemic...??

As a father of a 15 year old girl, I cannot but feel at ease with news like this, surfacing ever so often.
And it is doubly disturbing, when one learns that it seems rather a cultural thing, for muslims to use white western girls as playthings, to use and abuse at one's will...

It is now getting a bit tiring, and I am sure that the latest news, will raise a few nasty comments and protest marches, targeting religion rather than the persons involved..

I am not ranting, but i certainly will, if it happens again...

I don't know the answer either, am afraid.....

But I could hazard a guess that if the penalties were harsh enough, some people would think twice, or maybe more than that, before they embark in such despicable activities.
