Hi all! It has been a while since i last visited this forum.I am here to ask some questions regarding the family visit visa. Me and my husband wanted to try the visit visa since we are still waiting for him to get his 6 payslips before we could apply for a spouse visa.He just recently got a new job. What is my chance to be approved if we will go with it?Any anyone who has gone with this route who's been married and got her visit visa approved? Cheers! Blithe
Read paragraph 41 of the immigration rules. For every rule explain why and how you will meet this rule, for every claim you make use a piece of supporting documentation. The immigration officer is looking to fail you on each part of the paragraph rules, if you can prove you will not break these rules, they have no reason to deny you a visit visa.
A word of warning, if you actually enter the UK on a tourist visa. After you leave you cannot apply for another visa for 6 months and must be out of the UK for that time.
