Fiance' Visa application

    Hi everyone,
    I've registered online at Visa4UK in order to complete the application form but the link sent by email for me to click on to open the account doesn't activate.
    I've also clicked on "forgotten password" to open the account that way, but the link that was sent doesn't activate either.
    My internet browsers are Google Chrome and Firefox.
    Please advise.

    Open a new account and see if that gets you through the process.

    I've heard of similar problems here on the forum and that's what people have done to overcome the problem, good luck with the application :)
