fiance visa requirement question

Hi, we are applying for fiance visa soon, just some questions need answering.

    1. I haven't worked for 1.5 years as I have been travelling so no income but I do have enough cash savings in my bank over the £62500 amount required. Also I have no house but we will be staying at my parents house and have proof and permissions.

Will this satisfy the entry clearance officer?

    2. How do you prove your intent to marry? I read you just need a email from the local registry office stating that you can't attend the notice yet until both are present or something. Is this true?

    Thanks

Yes you can submit emails from the RO, quotes for reception, wedding ring receipts, cake, emails between the two of you discussing the wedding, basically anything relating to the wedding.

Yes, both of you need to give notice together, you will both be asked simple questions about each other, nothing to worry about.

    Good luck.

    1. Cash savings good. The easiest way to meet the financial requirement I think. The money should be held in the account at least 6 months prior to application.

    2. You can contact your local registrar or any designated registrar in the UK and ask for a provisional booking (some registrar doesn't provide this though) so an email conversation with them should do the trick. You can back this all up by submitting other wedding related stuff like wedding ring, quotes for reception, wedding car, wedding photographer and things like that. They can help but they are not required.
