I'm not 100% but I think the marriage visa is just for foreign couples as Methersgate stated, I really do not see the point of it myself but it takes allsorts as they say
take youre own situation Timmers--supposing you were settled in the middle east somewhere--job home etc--and you both wanted to marry in the UK so your family and friends could attend your wedding. so--all you would need is a marriage visit visa for your better half--and--job done.
I didn't say "both". By definition if you are a British citizen you don't need a visa, although holders of BNO Passports would greet that with a hollow laugh...
This is totally new to me. I remember sending a feedback on the UKVI Survey about opening TB testing centres in Visayas and Mindanao. This would be more convenient to future applicants for sure.
Ashley, I have checked the UKVI site but it seems there are no information about a new site in Cebu. Can you share to us where exactly your girlfriend's friend had her TB test?
that's good news if there's one there now,but where in Cebu? Can you please post the details here? Thank you
I have met my fiance in dubai and meet the financial requirements, what other evidence do you need for the ukvi application for a fiance visa, cheers
