ADVICE PLEASE ANYONE. My Filipino girlfriend is on a student visa until July in KL Malaysia and will then be on a working visa in KL .I want her to come over to the UK for a holiday, I have a job and a house does anyone know how difficult it is getting a holiday visa from Malaysia for a Filipino? Thanks for any suggestions.
If she was travelling from the Philippines then UKVI will want to see evidence that she intends to return to the Philippines at the end of her stay. I would imagine that the requirements are the same except that they will need to see evidence that she will return to Malaysia at the end of her stay in the UK. This would include things like a full-time-job, owning property or a business etc. There have been lots of threads about it in the past.
