Finally got the spouse visa

    Just want to say a big thank you for all the help from this great forum from me and my wife,as today my wife got her spouse visa,just waiting for stepson result has he had to do a certificate of entitlement right to abode,again a big thank you as could not do it without the great help from you all, i applied using my pip award,so any questions regarding it .please feel free to ask,as would like to help others too.

    Hi , I am about to apply for a Fiance visa and in our case, I am bringing my dependent (1y/o). may I just ask what this is for? "just waiting for stepson result has he had to do a certificate of entitlement right to abode"?

    My stepson as a natural british father and was told to apply that route as might refuse it if tried settlement first,as british citizens are exempted from immigration.
