Hi, I have question regarding Financial Requirements. My husband income is more than 18600 annual, but it's paid in cash not thru bank. He only put money in his account after he paid all the expenses weekly. It's not the same amount what he gets from payslip and bank statement.
Hi Triple@j welcome aboard British Filipino I'm familiar with this situation and there is an accepted workaround. He needs to deposit ALL his net cash earning into his bank account then make payment for his expenses. He will also need payslips showing his net income, together with the gross amount and the correct deductions for tax and National Insurance. So in principle he'll need to change the way he manages his finances from now on. Take a look here under 3.1.5 :- https://www.gov.uk/government/uploa..._FM_1_7_Financial_Requirement_August_2015.pdf
Hi, What he does is, he pay first all the expenses for a week and put the remaining money to his account. His net income in payslip is around 340 but he put only 200 to his account.
He really needs to follow the mandatory UKVI requirements as stated. That way he minimises risk. Caseworkers have very limited discretion to certain missing documents only and none at all when it comes to not fully meeting the income requirement specifics.
I agree with Micawber. He needs to start using his bank account for all of his salary. UKVI require 6 months bank statements and will want to see his earnings showing in them.
Hi. Last query before we lodge the application. So im going to include my two (2) P60 from present and previous employer (NC Agency) in our application just to show ihave earned more than £18600 pa treshold, do I need to include/provide the p45 that has been given to me by my previous employer (NC Agency) to prove.that im not working with them anymore? I got confused on what's written in appendix 2, inside the box Before question 3.21 "If your sponsor has or had more than one previous/other job, you must provide full details for each job held at part 5. You must also submit specified evidence for each job detailed with your application" Thank you very very much! Bert&Shie
