    Hi,

In order to prove ownership of the accommodation etc, what should I send with her application?

    I have:
    • Letter from the bank confirming I have a mortgage with them for the property (dated: April 1st 2019)
    • Official copy of register of title (dated: Aug 10th 2018)
    • Mortgage Statement (dated: Feb 2019)
    • 12 Months Bank Statement (for the account my mortgage is paid from) (up to this month)
    • Council Tax Bill (very recent)

Should I just send it all?

Another forum poster's screen grab of the document requirements listed "Evidence of monthly housing costs for the accommodation in the UK where you live or will live", so I'm not sure how far in regards to "costs" we are expected to go?

    Thanks

I just sent the letter saying I had a mortgage with the Nationwide and the last mortgage statement

Normally 'monthly housing costs' just means mortgage/rent and Council Tax...

So a bank statement showing these payments should be sufficient.

How do you demonstrate you own the property, that your not a tenant? It is feasible that a bank credit showing on your bank statement is forwarded to a private landlord.
You MUST demonstrate ownership of a property or a tenancy agreement.
